Order Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION - CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the high volume of orders and communication's we receive daily, along with our quick order processing times, you can not cancel or change your order once it has been submitted.

However, once you receive your order you are welcome to return it to Send A Toy for a refund or store credit. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further details.

ORDER CANCELLATION - OUT OF STOCK ITEM

If we are not able to immediately supply an item you have purchased, you will be notified as soon as possible. In this instance you have the right to cancel the item from your order or your entire order in lieu of accepting a back-order or dispatch delay for the out of stock item. Applicable refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION - PRE-ORDERS

If you place a pre-order for an item, you may cancel that pre-order at any time prior to the shipment date. If your pre-order has already  been shipped, it can not be cancelled. In this instance you may return the goods once you receive them. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further details.
