退款政策
Change of Mind Returns
Our refund policy allows returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit after this 30-day period has elapsed.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- With all swing tags attached (where applicable)
Please note that gift cards, gift vouchers, and items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for change of mind returns unless faulty. If a fault was disclosed in the description prior to purchase of a sale or clearance item, returns will not be accepted.
All returns require proof of purchase. If you need assistance locating your purchase details, please contact Send A Toy customer service.
Change of mind returns will not be accepted where:
- Item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery
- Item was purchased on clearance or sale
- Gift vouchers cannot be returned
- Used gift tags and cards cannot be returned
Refunds (if applicable):
- All returns are inspected on arrival.
- Your refund (minus the original shipping cost) will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an automated email notification once the refund is complete
Shipping Charge Adjustments:
- If your order qualified for free shipping but your return brings the order total below our free shipping threshold, a standard $9.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- If you're returning your entire order that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Send A Toy (typically more than $9.95) will be deducted from your refund amount
Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased while on sale or clearance cannot be refunded
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only exchange items (as opposed to refund or store credit) if the item is defective or faulty
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item due to a fault or defect, please contact Send A Toy during our business hours to initiate the exchange
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, this is considered to be a change of mind return and our standard Change of Mind Return policy applies.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, we will issue you a store credit for the value of your returned gift, once the returned gift is received at Send A Toy.
Gift vouchers and Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Posting Returns
- Returns that meet out return criteria should be mailed to: PO Box 2043, Magill North South Australia AU 5072.
- Include a copy of your purchase documentation
- Ensure that the return is adequately packed to prevent damage in transit.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs in relation to the return unless the item is being returned due to a fault, defect or stock picking error (in this instance please contact Send A Toy for return approval and our Reply Paid address details).
Missing Returns
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your return
- In the event that your returned parcel is lost in transit, a refund or store credit will not be issued.
- For your peace of mind we recommend that you use a receipted (track-able) postage service to return the item.
For items that are being returned using our Reply Paid Return address due to a fault, defect or our error, you must obtain a parcel lodgement receipt (proof of postage) to be eligible for a refund in the event the parcel is lost in transit. Logdement receipts can be requested when lodging your Reply Paid Return parcel at the post office.
