Founded in 1938 by Eugen Habermaaß and Anton Engel, German based toy company HABA (initially known as 'factory for quality wooden toys') now distribute their timeless range of products in over 50 countries around the globe. The first haba toys were polished building blocks, which are still in the Haba range today.
