Exceptions to note

    • Express orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
    • During extreme weather or fire events delivery of express orders may be delayed.
    • During COVID-19  restrictions some delivery delays may occur.
    • Occasionally delays occur as a result of our carrier, which we have no control over. Send A Toy will not be held liable for nor provide compensation for any delivery delays incurred.

      All express delivery orders are transited via the Australia Post E-Parcel system.

      Our express delivery charge includes parcel tracking, signature on delivery (unless precluded by COVID-19 restrictions) and parcel transit insurance.

      Same day delivery

      We do not offer a same day delivery service.
