About Our E-Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are electronic gift vouchers (e-vouchers) — they are delivered digitally via email and are not a physical card. No card will be posted to you or the recipient. Upon purchase, the recipient will receive an email containing a unique voucher code that can be applied at checkout on our website.

How to Purchase

E-Gift Vouchers can be purchased directly through our website. At checkout, you may enter the recipient's name and email address, and the voucher will be delivered to them electronically. You may also choose to have the voucher sent to yourself to forward or print at your discretion.

How to Redeem

To redeem an E-Gift Voucher, simply enter the unique voucher code in the discount/gift card field at checkout on sendatoy.com.au. The voucher value will be applied to your order total.

Unused Balances

If your order total is less than the value of your E-Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be retained on the voucher code and can be used on a future purchase. Unused balances are not redeemable for cash.

Refund Policy

• E-Gift Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If an order paid for (in full or in part) with an E-Gift Voucher is returned and eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued back to the original E-Gift Voucher code or as store credit — not as a cash refund for the voucher portion.
• Refunds for the non-voucher portion of an order (e.g. paid by credit card) will be returned to the original payment method.

Expiry

Send A Toy E-Gift Vouchers expire 3 years from the date of purchase.f

Terms & Conditions

• E-Gift Vouchers are valid for use on the Send A Toy website only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discount codes unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
• Send A Toy is not responsible for lost or stolen voucher codes. Please treat your voucher code like cash.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• Send A Toy reserves the right to cancel or void a voucher if fraudulent activity is suspected.
