Send A Toy Gift Vouchers make shopping and gift giving easy! It is a virtual gift that can be traded for real toys!
Our E-Gift vouchers can be issued to the purchaser OR a recipient, via email, immediately following order placement. Send A Toy Gift Vouchers attract no processing fees and have a lengthy 3-year expiry date from the date of purchase.
Gift Voucher FAQ
Voucher Minimum
- The minimum voucher amount is $30.00 AUD
Voucher Expiry
- Send A Toy Gift Vouchers expire 3 years from date of issue ( or as otherwise stated by us).
- To check when your gift voucher was issued, contact our customer service team via our Contact Page
Unused Balances
- Change will not be given for any balance remaining on a Gift Voucher.
- Any balance that remains on a Gift Voucher can be used in full or part against future purchases at Send A Toy.
- Any balance that remains on a Gift Voucher after the vouchers expiry will not be redeemable or refundable, unless required by law.
Lost Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers must be treated as cash.
- A replacement or refund will not be provided in the event a gift voucher is lost, stolen or misplaced.
Return Policy
- Once the gift voucher order is in place, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
How to redeem
Each gift voucher issued by Send A Toy has a unique code.
Recipients can redeem their voucher by shopping on this website and entering their voucher code into our 'gift certificate code' field in checkout.
Where the purchase amount exceeds the gift voucher amount, the variance can be paid for using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Shop Pay PayPal.
Where the purchase amount is less than the voucher amount change will not be given, however, a credit will be automatically held at Send A Toy for the voucher holders next purchase.
Credit amounts must be used
before the voucher expires. The voucher's expiry date will be calculated as 3 years from the date of purchase.
