All Kaloo toys meet the requirements of the Toy Directive. They are tested and comply with the following toy safety standards:
"CE" marking: The "CE" marking is mandatory for all products covered by one or more European regulations and gives these products the right to free movement throughout the territory of the European Union.
To affix the "CE" marking to its product, the manufacturer must carry out, or have carried out, checks and tests which ensure the conformity of the product with the essential requirements defined in the relevant European texts.

All toys also meet the other chemical requirements defined in the Toy Directive: Formaldehyde, BPA, etc.
The fabrics are also tested to ensure that they do not contain Azo dyes in accordance with the European REACH directive*. Finally, other additional tests are carried out to verify the complete compliance of the toy depending on the materials used and the functions of the toy: REACH Phthalates, Cadmium, etc.
