Standard Delivery
  •  Free on orders $149+
  • $9.95 flat rate for orders under $149
  • Includes signature on delivery, parcel tracking, and transit insurance at no extra cost
Express Delivery
  • $16.95 flat rate (up to 4kg)
  • Orders over 4kg: rates calculated at checkout
  • Includes signature on delivery, parcel tracking, and transit insurance at no extra cost
Delivery Attempts
  • One delivery attempt will be made
  • If you're not home, your parcel will be held at your local Post Office for 10 business days
  • Collection notification will be provided in parcel tracking
Uncollected Parcels
  • Parcels not collected within 10 business days will usually be returned to Send A Toy
  • You may request redelivery to the same or new address for a $12.95 fee
  • Alternatively, we'll refund your order minus postage expenses
Authority To Leave (ATL)
  • Must be set using the "leave in a safe place" link in your tracking email/text
  • We cannot add ATL instructions on your behalf
  • Parcels left under ATL are at your own risk with no compensation for loss or damage
Delivery Notifications
  • Optional SMS tracking updates available at checkout
  • We cannot arrange for drivers to call ahead of delivery
      Wrong Delivery Address
      • Address changes cannot be made after order manifesting
      • Returned parcels typically arrive back to Send A Toy within 7 - 10 business days
      • Options once returned:
        • Redelivery to correct address for $12.95 fee
        • Order cancellation and refund minus our shipping cost (including deduction from orders with free shipping)
      • Parcels accepted at incorrect addresses cannot be retrieved by Send A Toy or Australia Post
      • No refunds or compensation for items delivered to incorrect addresses
      • Transit insurance does not cover losses due to incorrect address provision
      Delivery Timeframes
      • Most orders are processed within 24 hours (excludes weekends, South Australian holidays, and advertised closures)
      • Delivery times vary depending on your location, however, as a general guide most parcels arrive within 2 - 5 business days after dispatch

        Express Delivery Standards
        • Your order will be posted within 24 hours, excluding weekends, South Australian Public holidays or advertised Send A Toy holiday closure days.
        • Delivery times vary depending on your location, however, as a general guide most express parcels arrive within 1-3 business days following dispatch (metro areas).
        • Express orders are not delivered on public holidays.

        We do not offer a same day delivery service

        Saturday Delivery
        • Typically, our parcels are not delivered on Saturday's, and a Saturday delivery cannot be requested
        • During peak periods such as Christmas Australia Post may deliver on Saturdays in selected metro areas
        International Delivery

        We do not offer an international delivery service
